      The ******* Public Safety Groups third-rate business practices have left our company feeling completely disregarded and disrespected as a valued customer. We have never encountered such an absurd and uncompromising purchasing policy from one of our current or potential vendors. We were set to spend over 150k on firefighting equipment which fell through due to their unwillingness to participate in standard purchasing practices within the corporate sector. We will never do business with this company or its subsidiaries in the future.

      *****, I'd love to help resolve any issue you have. It seems you placed your order on 11/13 and we shipped on 11/14. Your package was received in ** from ** on 11/20. Can you help me understand what went wrong that deserved a 1-star rating? I'm not seeing any communication in our system and it seems like we fulfilled your order quickly and accurately. If there is an issue to fix, we'd like to.

      Ordered a law enforcement trade-in Glock 23. A few days after making the initial order, I called, spoke to representative to ensure the FFL was received, the item was in stock, and everything looked good. The representative told me it would ship soon. Weeks later failed attempts to reach by email. I got a hold of a representative through Instagram messenger. After some communication I was told that there was something wrong with the serial number and that the item could not be shipped. I can guarantee you that nothing would’ve been done to contact me regarding the issue with my purchase. This company is perfectly happy taking your money and providing you with the product. This is fraud.

      We ordered two simple helmet mounts from this company. They “held” our order, demanded that we call them before they would ship. We called them twice, with no return call. They gave no reason for holding the order, I thought it was a scam, I asked them to cancel. They actually charged our credit card, made no attempt to fulfill the order, then refunded the money.
      Really bad customer service. They seem like they have no interest in keeping customers.

      Been waiting for my order of a custom helmet front. The order was from 11/04/2023 and I have been waiting for a month to hear something. Your webpage is useless for any updated info. So, after just about a month I decided to call their number to inquire about my order. I spoke with a Carletta Wise who informed me that the company who makes these leather fronts are from California and his lead time is a ridiculous 9 weeks. She then advised me that if I pay an extra $15 plus tax we can expedite the order and the company would send me an email with tracking. So I paid the extra money and like magic my order was shipped the next day with no email or tracking number! The only way I knew it was on its way is because of my USPS app that tells me my delivery info. All this tells me is this company in California makes up these orders, throws them in a pile, and when they are good and ready to ship them out. But, if we throw in the extra $15.00 dollars they will pull your order out of the pile they have already completed and ship it out immediately. No wonder why they have a 9 week lead time, they have a lame lazy company making these products. It's a scam and this will be the last time I order anything from "The Fire Store"

      BTW, after several more emails to Ms Wise, none were ever returned.
