    If Zero was an option this would be my rating. I have been trying since February to have the product that I was shown by the sales agent-Diane- placed in my home. According to Diane- Corporate agrees that the product installed in my home is not the product that I was shown and paid for in full.

    The installer, Justin, installed the defective product. Nail holes, unflush corners, glue, etc. The Franchise owner-Vaughn has the salesperson trying to "make it right," but she is not capable of doing so.

    No one from the Corporate office responds. If everyone agrees that the product installed in my home is not the "Shelf Genie" quality, then why can this issue be fixed. Neighborly also has refused to return my call.

    The product installed has scratched my new kitchen cabinets. Justin used a touch kit that I supplied from Kraftmaid to try to fix the scratches. Some of the repairs were okay, but I have a six inch line across my pantry door that is very visible. Again, no one wants to fix the problems of defective drawers and damage to my new kitchen cabinets.

    Again, no one wants to take responsibility. Salesperson states, I just sell, Justin, just installs whatever is sent to him and the Franchise Owner is unavailable.

    This has been going on since February. The product installed in my house IS NOT the product that the salesperson showed and sold to us. Salesperson states, she does not make the product, Justin states he just installs the product, but these are the contact persons that I must deal with at this time.

    I am still waiting for the "highest standards of quality" and the Done Right Promise to completed in my kitchen by Shelf Genie, a Neighborly Company.
