    AUG 1ST 2022- I go onto The Barn Yard website to make a $150 booking deposit for my daughters party on Sunday, November 13th 2022. DOC #1 shows the website booking page and the package that we purchased (Semi - Private Party $500 for the first 25 kids). In that box is what I signed up for. DOC #2 is the confirmation receipt confirming our RSVP #****. This document is sent to us after the fact on whats included, showing false advertisement on the website. Starting off my compliant is the items we paid for and didn't receive. Package is to include 2/3 helium balloons. DOC #3 shows the owner admitting i didn't get this paid for product. Second is the paper products. I did not get enough to feed my party of 44 people. Third is the coffee for the birthday host. Again, all stated on the website. SUNDAY NOV. 13TH - My friend and I arrive to the location 10 mins early to unload the car. Me being 27 weeks pregnant, it takes me more time to unload. We walk up to the door and they are all locked. We politely knocked once on the window as we see a worker inside. My friends hands were full of decorations. The owner comes out and screams at us stating that we are not allowed into the building until 4:30pm. I asked why we were even allowed in to unload, not once did i say to set up. She was aggressive with us at the very beginning and shut the door and locked it. We return 5 mins later and when I tell the owner I wasn't happy with the way she spoke with us, she completely disregarded me. At that point I had my own help arrive to set up. The owner made false allegations online, saying they provided us a free balloon garland, but the staff told us that it was from the party before. In closing, I went to post my experience on ****** and was verbally attacked by the owner with serious allegations & humiliation on a public site. Not once did the owner try to resolve matters personally. Seeking full or half reimbursement on my package at this time due to service/false advertisement.
