Hello,I spoke to the Manager at the **********, ** location on 03/21/2025 at 1:00pm and explained that once again my property had been damaged due to the adhesive of the sticky note from Aarons. I called to make the staff aware for the second time that my property has been damaged and was told that they had the right to do so because I signed a contract. I am not late on my payments nor have I ever received any phone calls or emails. I will not make this 3rd time that I have to speak to someone about this manner and would someone to be held responsible for the damages.

I have been a customer for  4+ years and purchased a ********* ********* speaker from Aaron’s on July 26, 2022.  The store I bought it at was *** * ******* ***, Norristown, PA *****. Recently, I have been having technical issues with the speaker. On Nov 18, 2022, I called at 12:03 Pm. to report that the water jets were not working. I spoke to a representative on the phone and was informed someone would get back to me. I never heard back from anyone, so I called on Nov 23, 2022, and reported the same issue again. I was told no one was aware that my speaker was not working and that someone would call me back. Again no one reached out to me, so I called the store on Dec 2, 2022, and on Dec 5, 2022. At this point, the speaker leaked a significant amount of water on my carpet.  After December 5th, the speaker was picked up from my home to be sent in for repair. As of today, Dec 26, 2022, my speaker has not been returned to me and is still in Aaron’s position. In addition to my ********* ***'s speaker not working and being in Aaron’s possession, the store continues to call me several times a day on numerous occasions about making a payment. When my speaker was taken in for service, my account was current. I have no issue paying what I owe, but I am concerned about paying for something I do not have in my home. I filed a complaint with Aaron’s corporate headquarters on Dec 20, 2022. I spoke with ***** at 1:45 Pm, and she gave me a complaint ID *******. I was told someone would contact me within 24 hours, but no one contacted me. This is an entirely unprofessional experience.

      Dear *** *******
We are in receipt of a consumer complaint from ****** ***** in reference to a ********* Speaker she leased from our Norristown location and the service issues she encountered due to the speaker not being functional to her satisfaction.
Our manager has been in contact with ** ***** and I also left a message for her.
To rectify the situation we will be delivering a fully functional speaker to her and it is scheduled for delivery & set up on 02/24/23. Additionally we will credit her account for the days that she did not have the speaker due to service issues
We always strive to provide best in class service to our customers and it pains me that the ** ***** had to resort to filing a complaint in order to get the issue resolved. This issue should have been resolved at the store level and we are taking training measures for the staff at Norristown location to make sure a situation like this does not happen again.
Thanks again for you your consideration to this matter, and in case of any questions, please feel free to reach out to me.
      Regards

      Bandy S*****, President.
