I've had a repo of my vehicle. I have been trying to retrieve my belongings. When I made an appointment on September 23rd for 2:00. We drove all the way out there and when we called to confirm the pick up she said no one was available. I asked when will someone be available she said that she can be there on Sunday (Sept. 25). We called and called and no one was available. I then called on Monday the 26th and was told that the appointment was made for Monday (26th) and not Sunday. I asked to speak to the mgr and the mgrs name. She says the mgrs name is "******." Five minutes later I get a call from a guy named "****." He rudely told me that I needed to call ********* if I wanted my stuff back. He's said that they only hold my stuff for so long. I said you never sent me anything in writing or contacted me. He hung the phone up on me. Twenty minutes later I get a call and it's Top Notch. He says it's **** and ****** on the line. I said "There is nothing else that I need to say. I have tried to talk to you and you over spoke on me and was chewing in my ear. You didn't want to hear what I had to say and you said what you said. So now I have no choice but to take this a step higher." All I want is my property back. Everyone has hard times. Again I just want my property back.
