    ????(Stay away , red alert ?? ) we signed the contract with KANE for my store construction, on july,20th 2022 , as of today no work done he promised to get everything finished in 1 week, it's been over 2 weeks BURNS CONTRACT SERVICE INC , has done nothing touched in my store no work done at all
    ,NOW I,AM ASKING FOR REFUND He is threatening me not to give my refund and using ( F ) wards very unprofessional stay away from this guy this establishment ADDRESS is also different, 237 mill st darby pa 19023 ,
    BIG RIP OFF KANE AND HIS SON DREAM TEAM COMPANY IS A BIG RED FLAG.
    I,am taking him to court nothing above tge law.

    We are sorry to hear of your version of events. We did offer to do the work in your store, received a deposit and signed contract. Then, we went to the township to pull permits, which is when we were informed that you were working prior with no permits and told to stop work. Something we were unaware of. The township needed full drawings and correct paperwork, of which we tried helping by getting our architect involved. In the meeting with the engineers and architects, they informed you it would take about two weeks to get everything done. You agreed. A week later, you called me flipping out and demanding your refund of which we did agree to. That same day, your refund (certified check) was sent via ***** but then returned back to us as the store was vacated. We finally, about a week or so later, got ahold of your partner who apologized for the encounter we had to deal with and gave us an updated address. Your return was again sent back out, which was received. We are sorry to hear of your version of events, as we were only trying to help you get the required documentation needed for the township.
