    On the morning of April 9, 2023, my vehicle was repossessed by Resto towing. I was behind in payments from February. I backed into my parking space that night around 10pm and went in for the night. Around 1 am, I noticed my car was missing. I immediately knew it was repossessed. Thursday April 13, 2023 I paid the fee to retrieve my vehicle. I had to work so I signed a release form for a frien to retrieve my vehicle. To start, when I spoke the manager, ***********************, he told me I could pick up the vehicle the next day between 8 AM and 12 Pm. He asked what time will you be here? And I told him 8 am. He said OK. The next day my third party was there at 7:55 am and he was waiting until after 9 am. When my friend finally did get to speak to one of the many rude employees, he was told that nobody told you to come here at 8 am, no one is here that early. After my friend expressed the conversation I had, the person agreed to retrieve the car. When the car was pulled out of the garage it was stored in, the rear window was broken. There was glass all over the seats which would indicate it was done from the outside. The grill on my front bumper was off. The bottom of my bumper which already was slightly damaged, was hanging on the ground. Long story short, the manager *********************** spoke with me and was kind enough to tell me he would check the footage from the tow. And whatever he found he would show me as well. He said he would call me back in a couple of hours but he never did. On Monday April 17, I called him and asked what was found. He was now rude and said theres nothing on that footage that indicates any damage was done to my car by them. I asked if I could see the footage because thats what he said he would do, and he says I never said that. He said hes not liable for the damage, and that my friend signed the forms so I have no case.. I have contacted legal services and footage from the lot will be obtained. Im not asking for $ just want my car repaired.
