    Do not hire. ***** is "operating" this company on a license that expired 4 years ago and he does not uphold warranties, even if backed by a signed contract. If a warranted repair is needed, he will give you the run-around for months on end and spend more time dodging responsibility than it would take to perform the repair. Zero integrity.

    -"AFFORDABLE FENCE OF PA" (AFFORDABLE) FAILED TO FINISH FASTENING / SECURING TOP AND BOTTOM FENCE CHAIN LINKS ON 60 FOOT FENCE.
    -AFFORDABLE FAILED TO REPLACE AS PROMISED, NON-CLOSEABLE / NON-LOCKABLE FENCE DOOR.
    -WORK STARTED SEPTEMBER 16, 2022. FOREMENTIONED DEFICIENCIES WERE NOTED UPON STATED COMPLETION ON SEPTEMBER 17 AND CORRECTIVE SAME DAY REPAIRS WERE PROMISED, YET NOT MADE.
    -AFFORDABLE HAS NOT ANSWERED CALLS OR RETURNED PHONE OR TEXT MESSAGES SINCE OCTOBER 10.
    -CORRECTIVE REPAIRS HAVE NOT BEEN MADE BY "AFFORDABLE FENCE OF PA" AS OF OCTOBER 17.
    -BASED UPON A PROMISE TO REPAIR, "AFFORDABLE FENCE OF PA" WAS PAID IN FULL. MY BAD!
