    I was charged for an accidentally purchased hotel room, which I promptly canceled only to learn it was a non refundable room. I never stayed at the ********* I was charged for. I wanted 1 room for 1 night, accidentally reserved the wrong day & was charged for 2. Front desk was barely maintained by staff. Everything i had an issue I couldn't find any staff. The hotel put me a single patron, across the hall with a lot of family. It was very loud and chaotic. Requested to be moved 1/2 way through the stay. The hotel smelled like certain cooked food, and barely understood my concerns, and then get charged for a extra room /visit that never happened...booked through ************** handled it just as poorly. Won't be using that travel site ever again.

    i needed to cancel my stay at this hotel because of a family emergency. i was unable to follow through with the plans i had which included staying there for a few days, because i had to rush to see my cousin in the hospital who did not end up making it. i expressed this to management, but they refused to cancel the booking and i still got charged for the stay even though i physically could not be there. i spoke to the staff over the phone and emailed management because they werent there whenever i called and got no response. i booked through agoda and used affirm for a payment plan. i ended up having to remove my payment methods from affirm to avoid losing money and the loan ended up getting charged off, sent to collections, and tanked my credit score. they asked for paperwork from the hospital as proof but since i am not a sibling or parent i was unable to get anything more than a visit and i was lucky enough to even get that. their reasoning for refusing cancellation is because they had already cancelled a double booking that was caused by a glitch on agodas end, not because i actually booked twice. i never checked in and im sure there is documentation of that on their end. but i have contacted them multiple times and they had no simpathy whatsoever.

    On may the 20th I checked in to comfort inn **** **** ** Columbia pa. For a one night stay.(see confirmation upload) we departed the morning of May 21st. I was billed an additional nights stay $116.56. I called the hotel and they said since I had used ******* .Com that it was my problem to resolve with them alleging that *******, confirmed a 2 night stay(false, see confirmation upload). The manger at comfort inn was named ***. (No last name offered) when I asked *** for a corporate customer service number for comfort inn the number rang back to his location. An internet search of comfort customer service numbers leads to an endless circle of bad phone numbers for choice hotels.
