      I placed a order for meter boxes on 6/6/23. This item showed in stock on the website. However, its been over 10 weeks since Ive placed this order and I still have no meter boxes. Ive called every week after about the 4th week. The answers I get from support are, we are working on it and should be shipped very soon. Ive heard this now for weeks. Ive also submitted a formal complaint and inquire on their website. Ive received no email or call about this. This is getting ridiculous. When I look at the website, it shows the item "in stock" (Screenshots attached). Ive also attached screenshots that show items listed with "usually ships in 2 weeks", just to show that... this company will tell you a estimate of time when they know the item will be delayed or back ordered. Please help, I just want my parts. I ordered these exact boxes back in march of this year and received them in 3 weeks.

      on 1/7/2023, I bought a vacuum motor online from kleen-ritecorp.com for $131.63. In the checkout, I selected the shipping that would cost $22.33 and the total came out to be $153.96 and they emailed me an order confirmation with the order number *******. On 1/9, they sent me another email saying the item shipped with a total of $149.13 and pending additional shipping and tax charges with a different order number of SO298243. Later that day they sent me another confirmation with a total of $179.36 by adding another $22.33 for shipping to the order that was $149.13. I emailed customer service about being charged twice for shipping but they insisted the total was correct and stopped responding to my emails. I would like to keep the product and just have a refund of the shipping that was charged to me twice.

      Good afternoon,

      I have attached a copy of both the invoice and the credit regarding this issue.  This was not a double shipping charge issue but a website error, that charged a different price than was advertised on the site.  It has since been addressed on our website and a credit was issue to the customer for the corrected pricing and the total amount of the shipping as a courtesy. A copy was sent to him for his records.
