Don't EVER trust these people with your car! It's a complete nightmare and they're super skeezy. I brought my car there to have the front end repaired. Got my car back after five days, when they initially gave me a three day estimate. Fair enough. Things happen. But then I picked up my car and got home. When I got back and looked at the hood, there was gigantic fish eyes in the paint. And I don't mean a few that were barely noticeable. I mean these were down to the Primer. Four of them, and each of them around an 1/8 of an inch?. It looks horrendous. I take it back and ask them to look at it. This clown comes out and thinks I'm some gullible moron, and claims they're chips. I told him that I work at the Manheim Auto Auction for a living, and have inspected these kinds of damages for years. I know what I'm talking about, and these are clearly fish eyes. Plain as day. He kept BSing me about it and said they weren't going to fix it. So much for a business that prides itself on "doing the right thing." Do yourself a favor, and go to a body shop with some integrity.

********************, I personally looked at your vehicle and I am the owner of the shop. And I am the one writing this response. We're sorry you feel this way. The damage on the hood was on the driver's side front left edge and underneath. The chips that you are referring to as fisheyes are on the opposite side of hood, are not in line of the damage on hood. Again, the chips you're referring to as fisheyes as you state in your complaint are down to the primer. None of our product would react to your factory paint to create any fisheyes in your factory paint or clear coat. We had no primer or repairs in this area of hood. As I tried to discuss with you, we are willing to make the repairs if the insurance company authorizes it however, we are not willing to make these repairs for free. And we cannot make repairs without the approval of insurance company as they are not in line to the loss. The insurance company must make that decision and approve that discission or it could be viewed as insurance fraud. Which is something we are not willing to do Because we do have integrity.
