    I have used this garage before never have I noticed a fee on my slips, I have never been told there is a fee for using my credit card, and it is not posted anywhere in the shop. When I noticed the difference in the 2 totals and went back to ask she (Mrs.Basinger) stated “you know those credit card companies want their money “. She did not even acknowledge it was a vendor charge as I knew it was. The charge was 3.14% which I understand is legal to charge if you have it posted and inform the customer neither was done 2 other repairs were done on my husbands car last month I will look at those bills also. This was completely fraudulent even when asked her response was dishonest please help me and make sure this does not happen to more unsuspecting consumers.

     Yes **** ****** questioned her extra fee on credit card slip, and I thought there was a mistake and double checked the charge amount it was correct and she stated she has been here before, so yes our old secretary would have told her about the (vendor) credit card company does charge a fee to use debit and or credit cards. However she was also given the option to go get cash and or check for form of payment! No one lied to her about anything, and I also would have receipts of past credit cards used to pay for her vehicles which will have charges from credit card company.
