I got a flat tire on my work vehicle and called *************************** to get someone to come and change the tire. I was on the side of the road off an exit by the turnpike 66 near *********. Enterprise put a call into Past 2 Present Towing and Recovery. It was 4pm and they gave an ETA of 90 to 120 minutes with a contact number of ************. I called and spoke to a women to get a better understanding of wait time because I was going to call an **** or my son (who lived 1.5 hours away) to pick me up because I was on the side of road and was not completely comfortable with the situation if it was going to be longer than 2 hours. The women stated that the they had one pick up before me and would be there right after. I decided to wait. At 6:00pm I called to find out the status and Enterprise Fleet said they would be there is 15minutes. I told them I was willing to take an **** if it would be longer but they insisted 15 minutes. So I waited. By now I am upset and frustrated and starting to get worried. At 6:45pm I called Enterprise again and they said Past 2 Present towing claimed the driver was stuck in traffic. I was on the phone with Enterprise at approxiately 7pm trying to get a real answer because I had decided to call an **** and not wait but wanted the company to know it was going to be a tow when the driver called. I was frustrated and upset with the guy because the first thing he said is its going to be 20 minutes before I can get there. Thats 3.5 hours on the side of the road. I did call him a lying because he claimed he did not know I had waited that long. Then he said he did not like my attitude so was canceling the tow and hung up. Was I suppose to be grateful and happy after sitting on the side of road for 3.5 hours. No one would answer there contact number. The information they gave was incorrect. Enterprise is aware of situation. I took and **** home at that point. It was 8pm. The car was towed 10pm by another vendor.

On 09/25/2024 I used this company for a towing service. There was damage to my vehicle while in their possession. I called the driver to ask for a phone number for the company because the number on the website wasn't working. I then called the company to ask how they were going to handle the situation. I was treated very rude and hung up on. Several minutes after being hung up on I received a call from the number ************. I missed the call and called them back. A woman answered the phone and started harassing me and I was not to call their driver while he was working. She then began to yell at me and continue harassing me about the situation. She stated that my mechanic and I were "trying to set them up" for the damages done to my vehicle while in their possession. I then hung up on the female as I was tired of being harassed and belittled over their mistake.

7/30 my car was in accident - had it towed by past 2 present however when they attempted to drop off car they literally had it fall off the back of tow truck while trying to unload it. Have pictures of the incident while it was taking place - was able to talk to someone at past to present and they informed me they would call the body shop but they dont think its their issue. They promised a call back and have not heard back- their phone no longer accepts voicemails

We had my Jeep Cherokee towed on May 25th, 2023 by this business to my auto repair shop(Performance Auto) in New Kensington, Pa. AAA covered 3 miles based on my membership plan and we paid the extra 42 miles not covered by AAA to the driver using a debit card. He did not give my husband a receipt. The amount we paid to them was $273.00 which cleared immediately. I have called the owner numerous times and they never answered the phone and their voice mailbox is full. I also messaged them on their Facebook site and they messaged me that they would send me a receipt by email which I never received. Followup messages on Facebook to them by me went unanswered. All I want is a receipt for the extra mileage to turn into my insurance to get reimbursed for the extra towing charges. I contacted AAA Member Relations twice regarding this, the last time on June 28th. Both times AAA called them (while I was on the phone with AAA) and they answered and told them that they would send me a receipt which I still have not received as of today. I also filed a complaint with AAA against them on June 28th. I spoke with a Walter Saunders the 1st time at AAA but do not have the name of the 2nd person I spoke with on June 28th. They have it all documented.
Their # is ************. I did manage to talk to the owner once, as I called from my workplace # which shows up as UPMC Hospital so I think that's the only reason he answered. Was again promised a receipt by email and have not received!! I do not understand why he will not send me a receipt unless he is hiding money for tax purposes or doing something shady with his business practices. All I want is a detailed receipt with the mileage and total charges. I would appreciate your help with this and obtaining a receipt for me. Thank you. The towing business has all my contact information so there is no reason he can't send a receipt by email or to my home address.
