    Ripped me off $1200+ lied and recieved vehicle back in worse state and non operable!

    customer had transmission non operational when he called. Lost spider gears in transmission.
    did not disclose that the motor and manual transmission was not what the car came with. OEM car was stock with a 2.5 liter & automatic transmission!! Car now has 2.0t with 6 speed manual. Customer is who instructed us what transmission to purchase before vehicle arrived at garage. We installed transmission with his old parts from his failed transmission as instructed by customer. Told customer that vehicle was not ready for pickup as it would not shift as needed customer requested to pick up vehicle and said he would adjust himself. Customer was told vehicle was not safe to drive he chose to take vehicle off lot before it was finished. Customer was also notified that tires were below safety standards as well as the car need several to make road worthy.
