Took car for a problem with hesitation, twice, 1st time was told no problem, 2nd time was told the transmission needed replaced. This was in May of 2022. Was told this would be $6000. I said what about the warranty, was told my warranty expired 3/15/2022. I had my carbon copy of the warranty, copy of expired check and their receipt which verified was good until 6/28/22 and the mileage was still within the warranty limits. Their copy was ALTERED to say 3/15/22. I have been to the garage multiple times and continue to be told they cannot get parts. The car has now not been drivable for 5 weeks and has been at their garage. Today I again stopped to see what the status was. Was told no parts for the repair, " still waiting for Ford to get back" to them. It has been 8 months since this issue started and I have not had any satisfaction, only thing they say is they cannot get parts. I was concerned about the parts not being available and was told they had the "work order" and it would be repaired since they did establish my warranty was valid. I to this point have been patient with this establishment but this is completely unacceptable!!!

June 10 2022 my F150 2020 was taken to Meegan for a leaking AC drain, the leak was damaging my carpet and mold was present. while at the dealership they caught my truck fire as they attempted to dry out the carpeting with a heat gun. smoke damage was caused to the interior , melted my carpet and wires and glove box. Meegan had my truck for 102 days. once i took my truck back they also damaged the paint. the asked me to get estimate on the trucks damage and once presented with the estimate told me that i was fired as a customer and not to return.

Today is 08/10/2022. Seven weeks ago today, my husband towed my 2004 Lincoln Aviator to Meegan Ford. It would not run. Since then, we have called several times and left messages (no one has ever called back). We have not been badgering them in any way. They have never let us know if the car can be fixed or not. I have nothing to drive. I have to depend on my husband and others to take me to work and where I need to go. They have not even offered a car to let me use until they figure out what is wrong. I find this all unacceptable. How can a Ford Dealership have an auto in their service department for seven weeks and not know if it can be fixed or not. I've run out of patience with them. Thank you
