Purchased a vehicle from the Reading, PA location of PA Motorcars on July 22, 2023. Have contacted the owner, *********** ***** multiple times as I have not received the title or registration for the vehicle. I have contacted PennDOT and they have no record that it was submitted. The business is now permanently closed and the phone number disconnected. *** ***** will not respond to my emails. I now have a vehicle I cannot prove ownership of and I am sure the sales tax I paid was not submitted to the PA Department of Revenue. Avoid dealing with this invididual at all costs.

Title work was completed 11/29/23...this included transferring title, paying tax, and new registration for the ****** family.  A copy of the registration was sent to them at that time.  Title should be arriving to them directly from PennDOT in the coming days...most likely this week.  I did apologize for the unintended delay.  Copy of the registration is attached.

Purchased vehicle from PA Motorcars in September of 2021 with ****** given and the verbal guarantee that car was safe, sound, and newly inspected as shown by the inspection stickers. After taking the car for a test drive I decided to purchase the car and complete the paperwork. The first issue arose the very next day with the car smoking profusely on my way to work. I called and stated this to the owner Brian and was told this was due to service oil and would burn off. It did not since. There then began a burning smell which was familiar from a leak with a my previous vehicle I traded in to them for a mere $500. Long story short, the car was found to have numerous leaks, the worst of which is a front seal in addition to the upper and lower oil pans which that alone has made 3 separate mechanics refuse the job, severe structural rust and holes in the undercarriage, an inoperable sliding passenger door, broken front and rear motor mounts which cause the car and engine to jerk violently when shifting gears, and other issues I cannot list due to not having the full list before me while writing this. It also took nearly 3 months to get the title initially and they have since refused any attempts I've made to have them fix the listed issues. I was told today 9/14/22 by a state inspector that my car should not have passed inspection by their personal mechanic nor will it pass inspection in November when it's due. It needs significant body work to pass inspection due to the severity and depth of the rust and other structural issues.
