    Elizabeth at elocal is the best! quick responses. Informed. gets you connected with what you need quickly and watches marketing and gives recommendations. Elocal is also good at crediting bad leads and getting good leads

    We have been using E-Local's pay-per-call platform for our appliance repair business, and we have encountered a concerning issue regarding one particular call. A recent call (ID: ***************** was transferred to us, and despite the customer being informed that our technicians speak fluent English (in addition to other languages), they insisted on having technicians who speaks only English. This raised a serious concern, as such discriminatory language and preferences should not be toleratedespecially in a diverse country like *****************. It is disappointing that this call was validated by E-Local, and we were charged for it, despite the customer clearly fixating on unacceptable and discriminatory reasons for not proceeding.We find this charging practice not only unreasonable but also damaging to the integrity of professional businesses. This is not the first instance where we have been charged for unqualified leads, and we request full compensation for all similar calls that have been unfairly billed to us.We hope E-Local will take this issue seriously, as it raises concerns not only about billing but also about the standards we all must uphold in promoting diversity and fairness in our business dealings.Furthermore, it is worth noting that some of E-Local's newer customer service agents seem to be inadequately trained in their duties, which directly affects the platforms reliability and negatively impacts our business. Poor handling of such matters ultimately reflects on our reputation, and it is unacceptable that we continue to be charged for unqualified leads.Thank you.

    Working with Shal has been a great pleasure! I work with several lead generation companies and E-Local is one of my favorites. Having the customer call you directly is top tier advertising. Keep up the good work.
