  Madison has been nothing but a great help with our account. The leads that e local distributes are all generally quite good in quality. Would recommend to other businesses.

  I started using Elocal years ago. They WERE wonderful. I received quality leads + was booking over 70% of them. I even referred them to many other Mr Appliances. But during the last 4 months the results are terrible. I was requesting credits daily. Main reason was wrong numbers. Consumers searched for GE, Whirlpool, Sears, etc, + their landing pages pointed them to my business. I would get many calls stating they thought they were calling Sears or appliance manufacturers. These customer were not looking to schedule an appliance repair with a local repair company. They were trying to contact Sears or the manufacturer. Once I found these landing pages, I found many issues, false and misleading info. The sites look like we are a 24/7 business. It said we had same day service, instructed callers to call us to speak with a technician, which is not a possibility when calling my call taking center to book a call. This is false advertising. They used misdirection to get these useless leads. My reputation is everything. Misleading potential customers is not acceptable. Over the last couple of months, I tried many times to have this corrected. I asked them to not falsely promote 24/7, talk to a technician, same day service, etc. I also requested that some info be added like that we give a 1 yr. warranty on repairs, and that we have a diagnostic fee. I was never able to get anything changed. I had a wonderful Elocal rep. Lidia, who I have to say showed great care and really tried to help. She deserves a KUDOS for her effort. In the end I was informed that no changes could be made, and that Elocal was "satisfied with the results" This does not sit well with me because, I am their customer and I was not satisfied with the results. This company basically tricks customers into calling us. I plan on sharing this experience with the other 300 plus Mr. Appliances and thousands of Neighborly franchise owners so they avoid using Elocal.

  We have been working with chasity and we are very pleased with how she has helped our company flourish. She is always eager to help us no matter how big or small our issue may be ! Before elocal we averaged at maybe 1 call a week now we are booked out ?? chasity has been our biggest cheerleader ! Every business needs a chasity on their team
