    I was contacted by this company through email stating that I had won a sweepstakes of $10,000 through a collaboration with **** and *** ********. I have yet to receive any response after returning all necessary documents to receive said prize. All of my emails have not been returned, and my phone calls go straight to voicemail and have yet to be returned. When I contacted ****, they said they did not recognize the promotion or this company and it was not in their system. I genuinely believe this company is running scams to collect people's information and sell it, because I have received an increase number of spam/scam emails and calls since.

    Realtime Media, LLC has reached out to me as of this morning and answered all concerns of mine as well as apologized for the delay. They have sent the required information to the sponsor of the sweepstakes.

    Transaction was July 5, 2024. I was paying for a cup and shipping for Philly Eagles team. My account t was charges ***** for Functional Workspace and ***** for Timeless photo. I have no idea what either of these items are. I called phone number attached to charges and was told by **** on July 5th that she would cancel and refund my monies. I called back on July 8, 2024 because the charges showed up on m account. I spoke to *** who said were authorized charges through Amazing Giveaways and could not be refunded. Then after some discussion she agreed to refund 40%. I did not agree and was put on hold. *** came back with a 60% refund offer. I again did not agree as I have no idea who this company is. I was put on hold again and this time *** says she can refund the ***** if I will allow them to record me saying yes to the one refund and will not pursue the smaller charge. I told her I needed all my money b/c I am not paying in exchange for nothing. We continues to talk back and forth and *** said to look for the ***** within 7-10 business days. This company uses people's bank info to place inaccurate charges and for those who do not keep a close eye on their accounts , they could be losing a lot of money to these crooks.
