    I took my 6 month old and 1 year old dog to this daycare under the impression that they provided the best care for the dogs. I spent total of $190 in fees for my dogs to go. Within the month of September, my 6 month old dog started exhibiting behavioral problems because this business withheld valuable information from me. They were putting my dogs in kennels without letting me know. The kennels are stacked on top of other kennels located in a small room in their facility. I have no documentation of how long or how frequently. The daycare owner has refused to provide me with documentation of such information. Only a summary of what the usual schedule is like. I am worried there are too many dogs, not enough employees. The business owner has not tried to resolve any issues and has belittled me as a pet owner. I now may have to pay for additional private training for my 6 month old puppy for reactiveness on top of the training she is already receiving. This business is notorious for deleting bad ******, **** and ******** reviews so nobody knows what is really going on behind closed doors which is unprofessional and concerning for the dogs well being.

We have tried our best to resolve any issues with the customer, ***********************, directly, but there still seems to be some miscommunication which wed be more than happy to resolve. We are more than willing to refund *********************** in the amount of $190.00. Although it turned out not to be the best fit, we appreciate her giving our business the opportunity to meet her wonderful dogs, ************************* **** and *****. We wish them nothing but the best.
