    I paid for an IFax business account for a few months for my psychotherapy practice. My credit card was compromised and needed to be canceled. I received a message about it from IFax and attempted many times over the course of 1.5 weeks to update my payment information. The links IFax kept sending me with codes for payment update did not work. I tried 1) contacting IFax support in writing; 2) making an appointment with an IFax sales rep but they were a no show (I have email apologizing/admitting it). IFax support got back to me a week after I reached out to them but my account was already suspended. This has impacted my business, and is not aligned with their marketing and sales information that told me IFax support was accessible and timely. I should get my money back because I paid for a service that did not uphold their part of the agreement.

    Hello,

    This is not our customer. This customer likely purchased a product called the iFax App (***************) which is an entirely different company. 

    If this customer can produce an invoice or a charge that identifies us as the company they're doing business with we can take a second look, but we don't sell monthly mobile app subscriptions (or any subscriptions really), and we don't sell anything less than $1599. 

    This person is seeing that they have an app called iFax and they're not even doing a basic amount of research before filing a formal complain against us. There's supposed to be a note in our file with you about this, because it happens a lot.

    iFAX Solutions sells one product - ******************* a commercial fax server for industrial faxing used by customers such as ************* and ******** They have us confused with another company.
