    we signed a contract with betterliving sunrooms salesman. They then sent out a site manager who approved everything. we were so happy that we sent them a down payment of $40,000. They then sent us mechanical drawings that does not match anything that we had agreed on. We never singed are approval of the drawings is one of their requirements to proceed with the project. we have called them several times to explain drawings to us to no avail. they won't return any of our phone calls. they have proceeded to move forward with the project without are approval. this company will not communicate with you once they get your money. They have decided to build a sunroom attached to my home in a way that I never wanted and could care less how I feel about it. this is why they have decided not to communicate. I warn you to be careful with this company. Because they use the bate and switch to lure their customers.

    There are several reviews on the website describing unprofessional and less than transparent communications as well as poor quality workmanship. My experience was double talk by two sales personnel, reneging on information set forth, and lack of responses to questions and concerns. In addition, a USPS Certified Mail letter sent to the owner requesting that the $25,000 submitted in good faith as a payment toward screening in the deck of my home was ignored. The two positive customer reviews quoted below do not provide a full characterization of this company’s corporate profile.
