      This is the worst Security Guard Service Ever. The Guards are Racist!!!! Enough Said!!! I don’t need to explain how they work, because you will agree with me if you know how they work. Don’t Trust These Guys!!! I feel like I’m watching “Friday After Next” movie Top Flight Security LMFAO with these guys!!! What the F*cK are these Putos protecting!!!! #bottomflightsecuritybusiness!!! That’s why you guys are FFF!!!

      I attended a hiring event on 4/5/2023 the event was very unprofessional and very unorganized. It started at 11 am I was there at 10:58 when I entered the event door there was a women on her phone having a personal call about her friends personal business out loud. I tried to introduce myself and make sure I was in the correct location she put up her finger and said the event doesn’t start until 11 and continued her conversation. I stepped back into the hall and waited none of the other attendees spoke up or help at around 11:05 they started to allow everyone to enter telling us to write names and have a seat. After 30 minutes they had us approach the other employers whom only said they had jobs for about 5 individuals and the rest of us had to be available 7 days a week 24/7 for a flex position I was there from 11am-1:20pm for a complete waist of time. The staff needs more training .

      ShaRon F is the best officer I've experienced as a contractor that visits many businesses. Above and beyond doesn't even come close for the ways she carries herself in Service. She deserves a company vehicle to take home and more. If the security industry could reach its best , she is the leading example.

      I've called and left a message twice a week for about 5 weeks now. It seems nobody is available at any time. All I need is my employee # so I can file taxes but nobody answers the phone, no emails are getting through to the office, nothing. The entire Atlanta sector needs a makeover. Not a surprise though. Working with the company down here was a nightmare. One of my employees lost 40 hours of vacation because everyone on the contract was ignored. Sham of a branch in every aspect.

      I was looking for a parking spot and saw a person get in her car. I drove up and waited for her to leave. Turned my signal on to indicate I’m waiting for the spot. She turned her engine on and I hear the car behind me beep at me. I pointed that I am waiting for the spot. But the car, Allied Universal vehicle, continued to beep at me. The security guard leaves his vehicle and start screaming at me to move. This is as the other vehicle was leaving. I rolled my window down and said I am taking the spot now. He continued to yell at me telling me to leave. I rolled my windows up and ignored him. Couldn’t believe his attitude. Unprofessional, unnecessary and unbelievable attitude. This was on March 17, 2023 at 6 pm. License plate V95577 Massachu

      My son has been working with this horrible, NON-ACCREDITE, unethical company for 6 months. They are the WORST. The contract/hiring manager, Lakeisha Rollins, will not do her job and process his transfer as he requested 2 MONTHS ago. She won't answer his calls and even had the AUDACITY to tell his supervisor, Rob, to stop him from calling her. His supervisor is illegally doctoring his timecards to ONLY pay him for 8 hours when he CLEARLY works more than that. Guards are REQUIRED to stay on sight till their relief arrives, but they aren't paid for the extra time they have to stay if their relief is late, and they can't leave until they arrive, or they will be terminated. WHAT? Isn't tampering with a timecard illegal? Isn't that consider stealing or fraud? He's owed a considerable amount of back pay. Now he's being asked to turn in his badge without having an alternate site to go to, but his transfer was approved? This sounds like an utterly complete set up. This company is horrible! Numerous calls have been made to the supervisor, the hiring, manager, H/R, emails have been sent to higher ups and NO RESPONSE has been received. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional, ghetto, and disrespectful. This company is trash!!! ALL THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BAN TOGETHER AND SUE THEM!! A UNION IS NEEDED ASAP.

      This business has not provided stable work for employees that has lasted more than 60 days. There seems to be issues with this company terminating employees without cause and hiring new recruiters. They are not professionaly dealing with a situation properly, only to text employees to not return to job site. There is no communication or reason and Human resources do not return calls or emails. This company needs to have less turn over. So if your looking for long term and benefits, this is not a place to work at. People are struggling to find jobs and keep them.

      Horrible experience. Ethics line is a joke. Nothing was done after months of harassment, forcing me to find another job. Benefits are terrible. All AUS cares about is their money. Employees are expendable to them. Zero effort in "retaining top talent".

      We have a guard contracted with Allied. The guard is excellent, despite Allied's extreme flaws. This guard always arrives to work on time, is courteous, protects our staff and building, and builds a rapport with all of our clients. This guard reported to me that he has not received a paycheck from Allied since the beginning of November 2022. He continued to report to work because the work is important to him and us and he was assured he would receive back pay. In addition to not being paid, this guard also reported to Allied that his license would expire soon and needed them to assist in getting re-certified. They never responded to this issue. Then in January 2023, this guard was suspended from work because his security license expired, which he told Allied would happen. So because Allied failed to do their due diligence, they suspended a guard who is quite likely one of their top employees, damaging their relationship with us as a client in turn. And no, the guard still hasn't been paid. This guard had to get through his family holidays without that pay. Allied owes him over $4,000. As far as I can tell, Allied is a walking lawsuit of a company and if the employees were to ban together and unionize, they could clean house with all the documented violations they endure from this sham business.

      I am 59 years old and I got my guard card and I wanted to do something different and I went to Ally oh my God I thank God for Ally they're a good company to work for they're there for you and especially Donald dew, he is wonderful my supervisor in Stockton California. work for Allied.
