      I have worked with Infinity Publishing in the past to publish a couple of books that I wrote a while ago - the first being around 2015. I have reached out on several occasions to obtain my manuscripts from them, the first time being in 2022. I have not received any responses to my inquires and eventually was told they were out of business after calling to check on the status of my inquires. However, I see my books being sold on Amazon. I did not consent to this nor am I receiving any profit from it. I would like any help or guidance that can be provided on this issue and have someone from the business, or whoever received my manuscripts reach out to me. Thanks, *************************

      Infinity Publishing/OPYRUS/ AKA FastPencil.com -- has a ton of my work on its website (I've used it for years) and it's not a working website, forcing every author to lose their work. You can't even get in touch with anyone, on top of that the company is stealing royalties from authors that have books sold through them on Amazon. They should be sued and at the very least give the authors back their OWN WORK and the $ they are making off of something they didn't create.

      I had a book published through Infinity in 2012. I received regular royalty statements and royalty payments until 2016. In 2017 or 18 they became Fast Pencil and Opyrus. I repeatedly asked them for Royalty statement and was told due to unforeseen circumstances of merging the companies they had glitches in the system. I kept asking and finally in March of 2020 I received a royalty statement showing the breakdown of the payments I received (last payment I received was September 2016) and the earnings I made (last earning Sept 2019). This statement showed they owed me money. I kept asking for payment and received none. In April 2023 I was once again able to get a royalty statement. This one showed the last payments had not changed but I had several earnings since then that added to what they owed me. I kept asking for the payment and was told on at least three occasions that it would be in the next quarterly check distribution, would arrive in a few weeks etc. The last occasion was December 2023. The company that was formerly good was Infinity. It became Fast Pencil/Opryus and as I was told my their representative, will soon be called Life Write and will become an application for journaling. I have not received any payment since the transition to Fast Pencil/Opryus. This company has held on to money that is rightfully mine since 2017 and it is now ****. The person currently handling things seems nice enough (Bo Mes****) but has failed to send the funds owed after repeated promises to do so. Thank you for any assistance you can provide on this matter.

      I had a book published in 2005 with Infinity Publishing company and received maybe 1 royalty check the entire time. I've received nothing since then. However, I've recently looked up my book and see a different publishing date and that it's still being sold. I'm wondering why I am not getting paid for my work. The new date is showing 2014. When I find my original copy, I'll check and see if the numbers on the back match as well.

      I self published a book with ********** now called Infinity, I believe not sure. I received a few royalty checks in 2017 but none since. they sold the company and I was able to get a hold of somebody who gave me a sheet that showed how much they owed me for 2 years(2018,2019) currently my book is still selling and I haven't received any royalties. I was able to reach someone there named ** who has pretty much given me the run around. Please help!

      In February of 2022 I entered into an agreement with Infinity Publishing/FastPenci/Opyrus to publish my book A ****** ** ********. I gave them $777,00. The company reps ignored my request for assistance in submitting my information, never replied to emails in a timely manner and totally shut me off since early November. It has been nearly a year now and still NO BOOK. I do not want to agonize any longer. I do not want to do business with them. I want a refund of the money I paid them since they have done nothing to earn it.
