    I ordered a product from this company last week and have attempted to contact them over 10 times with no response on a refund for a product that does not work.

    I ordered some parts off of this company and I have been reaching out to them for the last week to get a status and the email gets returned I got nothing on the phone call I sent an email thought the website with no response so I cant even cancel my order so I am going to get beet out of 90$ I need some help please

    We received an order from our customer on 7/31/2023.  We had a delivery issue from our supplier causing the order to ship a few weeks later than usual. We sent two emails to our customer informing them of the delay, we assumed our customer received those emails but when we got the BBB complaint we realized our customer must not have received that correspondence. The parts were received in at our business on 8/23/2024, later than the expected delivery date of 7/28/2023. The supply chains continue to be an issue in regards to certain parts. We shipped the kit out to our customer on 8/24/2023 using *** Next Day Air, Tracking# ******************, our business paid for the shipping cost, not our customer and insured our customer received their kit the next day after we got them. We sent a follow up email to our customer confirming they had in fact received the kit. Attached are emails between us and our customer as well as tracking details from ***. We are sorry our customer felt the need to write the BBB over this. We do our best to deliver our orders in a timely manner, this one unfortunately was later than would like due to our supplier shipping late.
