Hired this company to do work on our home. ********************************* DEMANDED full payment BEFORE work was complete. We did paid OVER HALF of the cost and that was NOT GOOD ENOUGH. The job is NO WHERE NEAR COMPLETE. Bathroom is not done, kitchen is not done, bedrooms is not done, flooring is not done, lighting fixtures are not hung, there are paint runs down the walls, over spray on lights, pain on light sockets. There is still a TON of work that needs to be complete and ******* pounded his chest stating he wants MONEY or he is walking, well we said no and he walked. Packed all of his stuff and walked off the job. He is an UNPROFESIONAL HOT HEAD. He flies off the handle for NO reason, (example the radio not being loud enough.) Other workers were not able to work with him which made it a HOSITLE work environment.

The company did not reach out to us. They did however respond to Attorney General claim i filed against them. Which I will be responding to that one as well.

Again these so called contractors left us with work that was done half-assed and now we are forced to hire another company to come in and fix all of their mistakes.

    Dear **** *****:
Firstly, I would like to thank you for the expediency in giving us here at A&B the opportunity to respond to the complaint. Although this is the second complaint issued by **** **** I will be enclosing a copy of the contract and all checks issued by *** ****. I’d like you to know we are a family-run company that takes pride in our work. We have families depending on our ability to keep working relationships with our clients, this is how we stay in business. With that being said, it seems like **** **** wasn’t privy to the outline of the signed contract. We were saddened to learn that we wouldn’t be able to complete this project. We have completed, without issue many projects for the Longs. There were many attempts made to afford *** **** the opportunity to gain compliance with the contract, he faulted on 3 payments. We’ve done multiple projects for *** ****, that is the only reason we allowed so many chances. In closing, we’re very sorry for any misunderstanding and wish nothing but the best for **. and **** ****.

However, we hope the information and documentation will be sufficient for the removal of said complaint. Lastly as I stated in the beginning of this letter, this is **** ****s second attempt at a complaint with the BBB. I’m trying to understand the guidelines here, if a complaint is denied are multiple attempts to discredit my company allowed?
Thank you so much for your assistance in this matter.

    Truly yours,
