    I stopped to wash my car several weeks ago. I put a $20 bill in the machine, for what was to be a $13 premium/deluxe car wash. A receipt was printed out with the prompt on the machine saying "see cashier for the change." I looked for 15 minutes...there was not a cashier on site. I called the phone number listed and left a message for him to call back because I did not want to leave the premises before getting my money. When I did not hear from him after 10-15 minutes I called again. I left another message. I called yet another time and did the same thing. After spending way too much time on this and realizing I was not getting a call back I left. That said, and regardless, I was not happy with the fact that the "Premium/Deluxe" wash didn't touch the back underside at all (this can be seen as soon as the car goes through). That is irrelevant to my true complaint. So, after I left, I made several more phone calls. No response. I called during the week a few times and did speak to an employee. She told me the owner was out of town, but she would speak to him and she would call me back. She did not. I called again and again and again. The same employee told me on one of phone calls that the owner approved of her putting $20 in the mail to me. That was three weeks ago. I have called each week and each week she tells me, "Oh, yes it's here I just have to put it in the mail." I am not looking for gold here. I cannot be connected with the owner, I am out of change, I have spent many hours on this, and I certainly did not receive a premium/deluxe car wash. I am frustrated and would someone to help me. This place has not paid me what is owed. Can you please help me? I know you are busy with bigger issues, but I would really like this place to know they cannot do this to people. Thank you..     Hello, I am letting you know I put her refund in the mail right before her last phone call with me.  When she first called and told me she wanted a refund I offered her to stop by the coffeeshop and that I will gladly give her her refund.  She didn't want to stop by.

    I want you to know that is how I give people refunds or a free code for a wash by stopping by the coffeeshop.  We never deny anyone their money back even if they don't have a receipt. Also, even if it's days, weeks, or a month later, customers will always get their refund.  

    I called ******** and left a voice mail to see if she received her refund yet.  I did apologize again for it taking so long.
