    The lead installer smells of cigarettes and alcohol. He spoke to me rudely after having to repeatedly come back to stretch the very expensive carpet in my home. It keep bubbling up from poor installation by him.He told me "this is the last time I'm coming back" in a rude aggressive manor. Do not recommend this business. Quotes are high and misleading, great salesman, not great integrity.
