      Parked vehicle at lot on 10-2-24. Picked up on 10-18-24. When I picked it up check engine light was on and vehicle shifted very hard. Told garage immediately about issue (vehicle is an 2020 Tacoma with ****** mile / never had any issues) Took vehicle to ****** garage and they found a rodent nest had been built by intake and wire chewed. Will cost over 800 to repair. Called garage and they will not take any responsibility. Actually hung up on me during conversation. Facility has to have and know about a rodent issue at their lot.

      I booked parking with this company while I was on vacation. I booked on their website. I put in a date / time or arrival and return. They gave me a price to pay and I paid it on their website. I return on the same date that I reserved and actually returned earlier than expected. They charged me an additional amount. I called back after I seen the additional charge on my credit card that I did not authorize. The representative from the company that I spoke with was rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she hung up on me. I expect to be charged the amount that I was given and prepaid because I dropped off and picked my vehicle up at those days/ times. They owe me a refund if $12.15.

It's especially nice to use in the winter because your car will be warmed up for you! ***** ***** 14 reviews 4 months ago Charlie B**** used to provide multiple drop off points at the airport, but the weekday morning rude driver only drops off everyone at the first stop regardless if they have to walk the whole lenght of the airport to get to their airline. I dropped my car off on July 1st 2023 around 1:30am with no damage to it whatsoever. I was in a whole different state when I got a notification that my car doors were unlocked. I just locked them back through the app. I should have called, but I didn't. When I returned on July 6th around 1:00am to pick up my car it was dark outside. Of course I wouldn't be able to notice any damage to it. Later that day around 11:30am after I got home, I opened my driver's side door and there were scratches on the "B pillar" of my car. The rubber trim where the door is looks like it was stabbed. It pretty much looks like someone tried to break into my car. I called Charlie Brown's to speak to the manager, but he wasn't in. I gave the lady on the phone my information & she told me that the manager would give me a call the next day. I ended up calling back the next day after 11 am because I hate waiting & I got connected to the manager. He told me that the damage couldn't have happened there because nobody had a reason to break in since they had my keys. He also tried to tell me that he looked at the pictures he has & it looks like my car was already starting to rust when I dropped it off... ?? Sir, my car is a 2023 Hyundai Sonata. I just leased it at the end of March this year. There is no rust to be found on my car. The manager proceeded to laugh at me as I was going off on him for trying to play me like I was stupid & hung up on me. I honestly don't understand how he's able to get away with this all the time after all the bad reviews I've read. However, I am not worried because everyone gets what they deserve. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Charlie Brown's needs to be investigated and shut down!
