I am a tenant at a Duckstein Property located on ******************************************. On Saturday 2/15 our mail center was hit by a snow plow truck from ******************. The mail center was removed from the ground and damaged. Tesoro Landscaping came back to the property on Tuesday 2/18 and installed the mail center to the original spot. The mail center is now not stable and the doors are damaged. The property manager ******* ***** has been notified and is assuming no responsibility for getting the mail center replaced or properly fixed. She has told other tenants that the mail center will not open due to the extreme cold. The mail center will not open because the door was struck and now the mail cannot be delivered. As of 2/20, the **************************** has decided to withhold our mail. ****************** is the snow removal/landscaping company hired by Duckstein Properties.

    To whom it may concern,
The tenant filing this complaint has provided invalid information. The property manager was notified on Saturday February 16, 2025 that the mail hub at the property on ****** road had been knocked over when snow was pushed into it. The property manager was then informed that the hub had been leaned up against the building and would be put back into place before mail service convened on February *******. The mailbox was confirmed reinstalled by Tesoro at 11AM on that Tuesday. The property manager was notified during and after business hours via email on Wednesday February 19, 2025 by two different tenants that they were unable to access two individual mail slots. Thursday a call was placed to ********************** requesting information regarding this being resolved. Per the *********** and *********** maintenance team it was suggested that due to the box having ice on the outside of it water had clearly leaked into the box causing locks to freeze. It was suggested to wait until the weather broke on Friday to make a determination of damage. Friday afternoon the property manager went to the mailboxes and attempted to open the slots 3 units where still not able to open. *********** was contacted again. Postal driver notified to check box on Saturday to see if hub is damaged internally due to warmer weather. Monday, February ******* Property Manager was notified the left side of the hub is in fact slightly damage. It effects the ability for the postal worker to open that particular side. Mail will continue to be delivered however, a new hub mailbox will need to be placed. Property manager is working with the owner of the company and subcontractor to get a new box installed. The tenant filing the complaint sent one email on Monday February 17, 2025 to ask when the hub was to be reinstalled. The hub was placed on February ******* before mail deliver. The tenant who filed complaint did not contact property manager or company to notify of any additional issues with her mail. The property manager has been in constant communications with the tenants effected and the post office to resolve this matter. There was never a response needed for the tenant who has filed this complaint because she never communicated an additional need. Property manager spoke to tenants on Friday regarding mail delivery, while she was at the mail hub accessing slots to check for damages. No individual slot was damaged the face of the hub itself was damaged but, is found to still be functional at this time.
