    Ordered 2 jerseys on June 30th and still have not received them. I emailed the company and asked why they haven't shipped. The told me their printer was down. The next email told me there was a problem on the sewing floor. I emailed the company back on Tuesday July 15th and was informed that my last item was on the printer and that I would receive an email by the afternoon. Nothing l!!!A company like this should not have this rating.

    Thanks for the opportunity to respond. The person who complained about one jersey item is correct. We would prefer to send every item we manufacture in one day. ****** has created one day expectations. I this case, the delays that caused this person to have such a deep anger against our factory are justified. We use equipment to DESIGN, PRINT, CUT, SEW, PACKAGE and ship our hand made items. if the equipment needs parts...guess where they usually come from? Without equipment we cannot deliver. it is a couple weeks late. How is this not to be understood by a reasonable person? Our little factory does what we can to compete with ****** and China. Should we apologize for the state of affairs manufacturing create or for finding it impossible to help this person get his jersey ordered. if you look at our records of customer service, this complaint is an outlier, highly unusual. Our little factory exists to serve our customers and we apologize to this person from the depths of our hearts.
