    I purchased a pet toy, *************, marketed under this company's brand, *********. This product does not work as described, mainly it will not stand up right and when on its side the toy does not spin as intended. I contacted support asking them about the company's marketed 100% satisfaction guarantee as advertised on the toy's packaging. I was directed to return the item to the retailer, which would not accept a return since it was opened. This company needs to stand by its 100% satisfaction guarantee and refund my money, $15.99.

    We did response to the customer letting them know

    "If you're unable to return the toy to the place of purchase, we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products are are happy to replace it for you with another item of equal value. Please just provide a picture of your receipt, a picture of the item, full name and mailing address and we can work together to determine a suitable replacement. Thank you!"

    But have not received a response back.
