    during the covid pandemic i had dropped my wedding dress off at the seamstress office which is in her home in the basement . We talked briefly about taking the dress in and taking sleves off . We agreed to the offer would be 100$ during this time i unfortunately lost my job during this time and lost my cell phone . once i lost my cell phone i lost contact with the seamstress. i assume she became infuriated. Because i went through my icloud and was able to find a voicemail where she admitted to donating my wedding gown to salvation army without my knowlege until now . When i started questioning where my dress was . Because of the job loss and phone loss i had no idea anything happened .

    *************** to a complaint by ***************************.  I received no payment for my services of altering an old wedding gown.  I tried contacting her numerous times to pick up the dress and pay me for my services. After an extended period of time, ( Im thinking it was all summer) I  called her and told her that if she didnt pick up the dress by the following week that it would be donated to the Salvation Army   *********** lives ******* miles of my business. If she lost her phone and couldnt call me, she certainly could have walked to pick up the dress if it was important to her. My final call to her was Sept 2020. I contacted her for months and never got paid. I also dont have the room to store wedding gowns for almost 4 years .   Thank you,
