    8/30/2023 I contacted 60X Custom Strings spoke in live chat and verified several times to make sure this was the right string for my crossbow. I have a Barnett Predator Crossbow. I sent pictures of my bow and a link to the strings and cables for my bow, that was all in live chat with a woman. She said that she thought it was for a hypertrack crossbow so I then sent her the photos of my bow and she said yes those are for your bow. I then said ok are you 100% sure these are the ones for my bow and she said yes. I received the string and it is not the right size. 60X Custom Strings was closed so I had to live Chat. Brad came on live chat and I told him what happened and he said there is nothing he can do as they don't take returns. I tried to resolve the issue and asked if I could exchange it for the correct one and he said no we don't take returns. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the owner and he couldn't help me. I am now stuck with a string that I cannot use. I would either like my money back or an exchange. The rudeness and unwillingness to provide customer service as the owner of the company is unbelievable. I have saw multiple reviews of similar issues with this company and I would like this resolved please and thank you. If you need screenshots of the chats I can provide you with what I have.

    I ordered a bowstring made to my order. The loop servings are badly frayed and one is separating. I contacted the company and was told it was part of the processing and to take a lighter and just melt it. I've bought much less expensive bowstrings that didn't have this problem. It's extremely poor workmanship. The merchant then told me I bought a cheap string and expected the quality of a more expensive "custom" string. Mine was supposed to be made to order (custom). The only reason it was $26 and not $50 or more was because it was a simple single color. Nothing fancy. It's not the material or color that's the problem. It's extremely poor workmanship.

    The customer purchased an economy string which clearly states the materials used to produce the product in the description.  We don't make the materials that are used, we just build with them.  It seems you have custom expectations with an economy budget.  The custom item comes with the better more durable material, which is an option that the customer decided to forgo.

    I have absolutely no problem with the materials used. I have a problem with the workmanship of the loops. I, along with many other archers who have reviewed the photo online, would never accept this workmanship on a new string. That includes truly cheap ones under $11 let alone at $26. The photo is very clear of the defects in workmanship. The materials are fine.
