    Approximately 2 years ago, this company sent my husband and myself a bill for approximately $1600. I contacted them and informed them that our account was paid in full. They refused to review my account and turned me into collection even before the 30 day notice exceeded. I received constant phone calls from them and collections. Finally, after informing them I was going to get an attorney, they reviewed my account and discovered they had billed incorrectly and I was actually owed $392.30 for over charges to my account. Since this notification of the money that is owed to me, I keep getting every run around by this company to receive my over paid funds. The account *** first told me over a year ago the funds would be credited back to my card after approved. Well it is now a year and a half and I am still getting the run around to receive my funds. The latest story I was told was that they had to issue a check and it would **** * weeks to get this check. They keep changing the type of refund I am supposed to receive and then after changing the refund type, they tell me I need to keep waiting for additional weeks I never requested a check payment from them and told them I wanted the funds credited back to my card, but each time I contact them, they tell me the payment is processed a different way Its been 1 year and a Half they have played this game refusing to give me the money that is owed to me. As I told the account ***,, it took them less than ******************************************************************** error, yet its been 1yr and a half and I still have not received the money they over charged my account .

    I got a crown done at the ********** location and it never fit correctly. I saw another dentist at the practice at the Robinson location a couple years after for an exam and mentioned to him that even after all that time my crown still didnt feel right, and he agreed it was ill-fitting and offered to replace it. I made sure that there would be no cost associated with this as I had already paid for the original crown, and I was assured that it was their fault and the first one was wrong and I wouldnt be charged for them to fix it. Lo and behold, a YEAR later, I got a bill for $800! When I called, I was told I had to pay it because crowns dont last forever, implying I was expecting a free replacement after years of use of a correctly done crown. After I complained, they said theyd need to talk to the dentist as there was no record of what I had been told, ie that they wouldnt charge me again. This was two weeks ago and I have been calling repeatedly since. At first I continued to be told they havent had a chance to talk to the dentist about it yet. I waited a week and started trying to call again after not hearing anything and now they just dont answer when I call. I continue to receive bills from them daily to my email and multiple times in the mail. The fact this is happening at all, especially a year later, is ridiculous in and of itself but the unprofessional handling of the issue and essentially ignoring me is next level. I feel helpless.
