    ****** ****** from Tesoro Landscaping planted a cherry tree 4/18/24, tree died after 5 wks. I asked about a guarantee on the day it was planted and he gave me the run around about the guarantee on the tree. I said that the tree didn't look healthy and was told that the tree will be in full bloom by the end of July, and that I was to water it everyday for 6 weeks and I followed his instructions. I was on my way to work I didn't have much time to speak to ****** on the day the tree was planted. Contacted ****** at Tesoro and sent pictures of the dying tree and was told to go to ********** or Lowes for advice. I contacted the ******************** who recommended Tesoro about the situation and never got a reply. I went to another nursery for advice and received a treatment plan but it didn't help. The tree was too far gone to bring it back to life. I contacted my lawn service/landscaper and was told that the tree only had a 50% chance of making it. I had another gardener look at it and was told the tree would not make it. I paid $875.00 for that tree and it looks like I will take the loss. Tesoro does not back up their work and I will not recommend this nursery to anyone .
