      July 4,2024,Paving Solutions recommended by Home Advisor for asphalt roadway repair. *************************** arrived despite it being a holiday, quote given , accepted and contract signed with a 2 year warranty. Work completed July 10, 2024. After a couple heavy rain storms the last week of July the roadway started to give way. Paving Solutions was contacted on August 2, 2024 and we were informed that someone would contact us the following day to come and look at the work . No one contacted us so after several attempts we finally got ahold of someone who said we are no longer in business, we filed bankruptcy on August first . The following day (August 4), a third party called requesting a service and were in the midst of being scheduled for a service call when we intervened to inform them that it was us calling and we wanted to know what they were going to do with our situation and were told that this was a different Paving Solutions and we were on our own to resolve our own problems.

      On Thursday, April 27, 2023, I had a new asphalt driveway installed by Paving Solutions LLC. It was immediately observed that there were edge lines and uneven marks in the driveway from the asphalt rolling machine. Additional irregularities were noticed after the first rain since the installation. There were uneven areas that created puddles of water in several areas. I contacted Mr. Peter M******* and texted him pictures of the driveway with puddles.
      On Monday, May 1, 2023, Peter M******* inspected the driveway and explained that the driveway had not completely hardened yet so his Service crew would be able to fix the low areas to allow for better water drainage. After weeks of unfulfilled appointments, the Service team arrived on Friday, June 16, 2023. They used torches to heat the asphalt in an attempt to smooth out the uneven areas. They created an indentation in one of the areas near the edge of the driveway to create a path for water drainage. The repair was not successful and made the driveway less functional than before the service visit. The repair team showed me with a wooden board that the areas would need to have additional asphalt applied to fill the uneven areas and to allow for proper water drainage.
      It has been weeks since the service visit. Peter M******* has not responded to calls and text message attempts. I believe that I had reached an impasse with Peter M******* and Paving Solutions.
      I would appreciate it if Paving Solutions LLC would fulfill their business obligations to install a functional driveway as indicated on the estimate description. Additional asphalt installation and professional labor for rolling a flat and even surface for proper water drainage.

      Paving solutions was contracted to tear out and completely replace my existing asphalt driveway. I discussed with the salesman, Peter Mitchell how to handle a downspout drain line that ran under the existing driveway and released water at the end of the back of the driveway and into the yard. He said his men would inspect the existing drain pipe when the driveway was removed and extend it and or replace the existing PVC pipe if necessary. The contactor was also going to extend the back of the driveway several feet. Unfortunately his crew did not dig up and remove that part of the old driveway, they paved over it without extending the gutter/downspout drain line. The effect is that they have trapped the drain and therefore all rainwater under the driveway. It can be seen leaching up through the asphalt in several places after any rains. I have reached out to him by text message and direct phone call. His initial response was that it was "a plumbing problem" not his problem however he did not come back to inspect the driveway. Several additional attempts were made to get him to come and resolve the problem. Each time he stated he "would be out one day next week" but never showed up and never contacted me. I called him today and he was again vague about when he would be able to come and inspect the problem. Then he tried to get me to fix it myself. Finally he said it wasn't his problem. He wasn't coming out . And he said I could *** *** *******.
      I would like to have him come out and fix the problem or cover the cost of having another asphalt contractor come and lift the asphalt over the drain, extend the pipe and repair the driveway
