  Good day, Im the owner of *****************. On yesterday 1/11/25 I booked load#******** from ************* to *********************, I confirmed with the broker that I will pick it up between 8:00-9:00 am. And sent me the rate con, so today as I was heading to ********* Ark to spend the night and I looked on *** board there the load was again. So I called 6 times and didnt get an answer, so they send me an email telling me that they took me off the load because it needs to be picked up by 8:00 am, so I responded call me. They wouldnt call or answer the phone. So I called the corp number and got a guy and I gave him my load number asked to speak to a supervisor, he wouldnt let me speak to a supervisor and he got rude, raised his voice at me. And told me to contact the broker, I told him they wont answer the phone or respond to my emails . So he got even uglier and said in a loud voice (do I understand what hes saying), so that made me mad and I hung up. Then I blocked my number (*67) and called the brokers number again and they answered on the 1st ring, I told him who I was and he asked for my MC#. and I explained why I was calling and and told him you guys snatched me off that load and didnt even give me a heads up and Im heading in that direction so can you send me a truck not used rate con. And when he realized who I was, he said, aint nothing I can do for you and hung up in my face. Now Im a business owner and I have customers that I would never treat like that. Even my worst customers I wouldnt. That was totally unprofessional, rude, ugly, I feel insulted & angry. All because they didnt want to pay me for (Truck Not Used), and I do business with PLS all the time. Now, if I had not showed up, you guys wouldve reported me no call no show. And you wouldve had every right to, so when your brokers treat drivers like this, it make people think this is an extension of your company.   Wouldn't leave us alone, we got a new rep and seemed to be very friendly, first shipment we awarded them, the driver never showed up on our time sensitive shipment. The rep still hasn't responded when asked the eta of the driver. no apologies, no explanation, just ghosted.

  PLS Logistics is unfortunately the new typical brokerage company. They harass drivers, calling and emailing multiple times. You can tell them the driver will arrive at the destination in 2 hours and then get a call an hour later to see if they have arrived yet. The worst, most inexcusable part is payment, or lack thereof. This company will find any and every excuse not to pay you. It took so much time and unnecessary energy, having to call multiple times a week just to be lied to over and over again, that we will no longer do business with them. I'd rather let a truck sit than ever take a load from them again. ****** learned.

  PLS LOGISTICS ARE CROOKS- Do not use this company, made the mistake of using them...they dispatched RLS Logistics which I wouldn't use to begin with and material went missing from our pallet that was wrapped and banded and then they wouldn't cover the claim and waited 3 months to give us the denial. Wish I would have checked to see that they are not BBB Accredited.

  CROOKED COMPANY, I PULLED A LOAD FOR THEM AND THEY DEDUCT $500 FROM THE AGREED RATE FOR ME DELIVERERING THE LOAD EARLIER THAN SCHEDULE,THE RECEIVER COMMEND ME FOR GETTING THERE EARLY HOWEVER I GUESS *********************** FROM PLS WAS DESPERATE FOR SOME CASH.THERE WAS NO WHERE ON MY BOL THAT STATES $500 WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR EARLY DELIVERY.

  Avoid this company at all costs. Have been trying to get paid for a load for 3 months. Lying to me about sending money. Wish I would have read reviews prior.

  Been hauling a product for pls for several months now and havent received any payment. We are also not the only company that hasnt been paid for the same product. Well over 6 figures owed. Owners need to be put in jail for fraud

  Sit at super for 12 hours. Was told to send gate receipt (that I did not receive) for detention pay to be added to load. I called the shipper and got gate receipt emailed to me, and sent to PLS and then tried to call them multiple times and they refuse to answer my call. My dispatcher tried calling them and they would pickup them hangup. Refuse to answer emails or calls, so I get nothing from them after successfully delivering their load. Very unprofessional broker. My contact actually did answer the phone once and hung up on me after I told him I did not receive the gate receipt from shipper.
