    This company sold us medical treatment equipment that requires a new key code every 3 months. 2 Months ago they offered me a 5 year key code for my one machine and now will not contact me back to complete the key code on the 2nd machine. Each of these machines are ********* and now one is completely unusable. Not sure why they will not contact me back.

    I purchased a Sigma Instruments Ultralign G2 unit a number of years ago. Every 3 months we have to acquire a key code. In purchasing this unit outright there would be no fees for these key codes. Often times it would take several days to get a response from someone but we eventually did get one. This past week we requested a key code however the response was from ProAdjuster. We were advised for $50 a month we could get a key code and a couple of webinars. I have exhausted every avenue to contact Sigma Instruments directly with no success.

    We've bought a product from Sigma Instruments that requires a key code to continue using it. We have not be able to get a hold of anyone in the company for 9 days. Without a key code the product does not work and is a key part of our business. Unfortunately, we've had trouble in the past trying to contact the company for the same issue.

    I purchased equipment from Sigma Instruments - one time purchase not a lease - that requires a "key code" to function. There is nothing in the purchase agreement requiring additional payment for the key code. The system will give you 10 days notice when the key code is going to expire. Previously a code could be generated via a website. Now you can only call or email. No one is answering the phone, emails are not being returned, and the voice mail on all of the company mailboxes is full and not accepting messages. I have 3 systems that will cease to function in 5 days.

    Around May 2022 I put a down payment of $5,000.00 US dollars on a Sigma Instrument as I was offered a large discount on another of their products. I decided to ask for my money back and they said it would take longer than 1 month, that was over 12 months ago. I wrote to the COO and Account Laura L**** and I spoke with the President and CEO John C****** ***** ******** or ******** who both told me the money would be forthcoming. I have written them at lease 6 times, spoken to them several times each time they promised they are working on getting this money back to me. The last letter I have in my file is the promise to return a check to me by June 30, 2023. It is now July 15th and I have head only from Laura, saying I am welcome to try to contact John C. When I call his number the voice mail is full - I sent him an SMS message with nothing in return. I looked on the BBB about this company and it seems this is a pattern of conduct for at least 4 of us Doctors of Chiropractic.

    sigma instruments spoke with me encouraging me to purchase a new product of theirs ProSoft chiropractic instrument.They had me sign a doc u sign with One Place capitol 04-15-2022 for approx $13000.The machine never shipped,they avoided calls for two months and when we finally made contact they offered a return of total money if I signed their document to return all monies..The document was signed and on October 4,2022 both owners John K***** and Taric promised return of all money within a couple of weeks.No one answers my call to Johns office ,the leasing company said they have heard nothing but the money keeps getting deducted from my account each month.I hope someone their can help.

    In April 2022, I purchased a Pro Adjustor SP and Pro Soft machine to from Sigma Instruments for Abundant Health Chiropractic, LLC. The financing for this equipment was done in house with a company they frequently us. The financing was with Partners Capital Group and Amur Equipment Finance. None of the equipment was ever delivered and the financing company is stating I have to pay for equipment that I never received. During this process Sigma Instruments has not been communicating or answering phone calls. Money has been debated out of my accounts for equipment and insurance for the equipment I don't have as of now and we are into August of 2022. This business practice is not acceptable and as a consumer my rights have been violated. The funds to repay the finance company need to be returned immediately and payments that I have made need to be returned and stopped at this time.
