    I went to nails time for my daughter’s birthday as she wanted a pedicure and dip nails for the first time. Upon arriving they asked me to pick my colors - eventually after showing the colors selected I was given a different color at the point I said something two nail techs began arguing over if he needed to redo mine. Making me very uncomfortable. Then my daughter had asked for a design and the design kept bleeding. When we moved on to our fingers I showed a picture for inspiration the final result looked nothing like what I asked for and the entire time I was getting my nails done the nail tech doing my daughters nails continuously poked me in the back with the nail file again making me uncomfortable. The total came out far more expensive than I was originally quoted but I asked for a receipt and left. The nails did not even last 6 days before they came off and my nails changed color in the centers my daughter’s nails bled again. I requested refund but the salon refused and stated I could only come back in which is the last thing I want to do after such horrible experience. This has been ongoing since the beginning of June and the merchant has been completely unhelpful.

    Hello. First of all, let me thank you for reporting this issue to us. After carefully reviewing the issue, I have the following feedback. For all of our services, we ask our customers if they are satisfied and happy after each service. Ms. ****** ****** is also such a customer, we always put service quality first. We wonder why, after completing the service, Ms. ****** did not reflect her dissatisfaction at that time, Why did she wait a while to reflect? We believe that because she did not want to pay a lot of money for the service, she complained about the problem with such an excuse. After checking the camera many times, we found that those comments were not true, her purpose was to ask us to refund. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this feedback. We would be happy to provide more details if requested.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

     I have never received nail services and then later asked for a refund. I am sure it happens frequently but that is an attack against my character. I did leave the day of services and pay for my services. I then gave the business the benefit of the doubt just accepting that I would never return. However, yes after 6 days my nails changed colors and my daughters nails completely were falling off (the actual nail being completely intact further proving it was a quality issue and not a her picking at the nail issue) you can also review your cameras to see again I have not lied about your associate poking me in the back multiple times with a nail file (completely inappropriate) me in the chair getting my toes down and reselecting a color and then after two of your associates yelling at each other made me completely uncomfortable waving it off to not cause isn’t more issues. You will also see that I did bring my daughter back a second time to redo her toes. This time it being more satisfactory but still with picture proof showing the nails bled after we left. Again I understand where maybe people do have services just to refund but I even have proof of going to another salon multiple times (which I would have that day had they not been booked) and never once complaining about services. Again thank you so much for taking to time to make assumptions also by using the word “we think” proves that they are just that.
