    Terrible customer service. Pleased an order via their web site on Nov 28. No communication regarding it status.

    We responded to the customer's 12/04/23 email on 12/05/23 with the following statement. "Thank you for contacting us. We are currently experiencing slight shipping delays due to extremely high volume, and it looks like your order has not shipped yet. Our warehouse staff is currently working hard to get packages out as quickly as they can, so your order will ship as soon as possible. Once it ships, you should receive tracking information to the email address that you provided on your order. If you dont receive this information within the next few days, please contact me again and I would be happy to provide you with any additional information that I have. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.Our order status notification system does provide the customer with updates when the order is placed, when a shipping label has been prepared, when the order is scanned by the carrier at pick up, when the order is in route and when it is delivered. If such notifications are not received, we advise the customer to check their email junk or spam folders.
