    This business lied, cheated and deceived us as a customer. This business was unable to deliver a fully functioning product. We contacted the seller immediately within 24 hours of receiving the non working unit. This business denied us a return or replacement like noted in the terms and conditions. The business refused to take the unit back for repairs. Documentation shows multiple request were made and the business was notified 11 times within the return window. This business will not deliver the correct functioning unit nor will they honor their listing. This business has made zero attempt to work with us and has only lied, cheated and deceived us. Buyer beware.

    This customer damaged the item during install and then requested to return the damaged item. Even though it was almost 8 months after he purchased the item, we offered to repair the item if he sent it back to us. He refused and demanded his money back and to keep the item. We strive for complete customer satisfaction, but once in a while, no matter what you try to do to make someone happy, it will not work.

    I am rejecting this response because: statements provided by the business are false and misleading. We did not damage the product in any way. We contacted the company before install and as soon as we opened the box. We are a professional company who have installed many swivel seats including this style. We inspect every product before installation for customers and this product many red flags, forcing us to reject install due to safety concerns. State law prohibits us from installing any defective product. Damage exist because of lack of quality control. Sharp burs are dangerous but dig into the metal. We rejected install due to safety concerns. We are only allowed to install safe products for our customers. The damage was noticed before we even installed the unit. The owner originally agreed it was a bad unit and only now is making the accusation of us damaging the unit. Other customers have experienced the same flaws. Please read product reviews via ******. Customer complaints also exist about lack of communication. This company has now made fake accounts posturing false reviews on our page. Copy and pasting our review intended for them shows lack of morals and lack of honesty. This company took over 6 months to reply and address the issue.
