I paid Mr. ********************** $180 upfront to build a "custom cabinet" around my new dishwasher. This was flooring pieces that he stood up and tried to s**** together to make them stand up. I caught him right before he cut 8" off of my custom butcherblock because the dishwasher was smaller. He did not make a frame and did not finish what he did start and then screwed into my butcherblock to try to do whatever it was to get it to stand up. There should have been a frame and the butcherblock just placed on top, the way the existing one was. To replace this would cost at minimum $600. In the interim, Mr. ********************** had looked at my dryer and I paid him upfront for a part and additional labor to install the part He never got the part and I bought a new dryer and asked him for the$80 back and he wouldn't give it to me. I contacted him over and over again and to no avail. Most recently he said he would finish the "cabinet" but needed two days. That was two weeks ago.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

First of all, my grandson was 2 if this was two years ago.  He did nothing to the cabinet. What kind of scum lies about a baby? It was one year ago,  the dishwasher was not the sane size.  I would  never offer to sleep with anyone in trade, least of all him - every time he came to my house he had the same dirty clothes on.  I DID pay upfront, and he never touched anything but my dishwasher. He is a liar and my daughter will tell you.  She was actually afraid of him and didn't want to be left alone with him.  He screwed into the butcherblock and ruined it, didn't build a cabinet, and didn't finish the job.  I did not give him flooring.

    Regards,
