      Extremely Poor Communication I previously had my HVAC installed by New Spirit HVAC, so it only made sense to me to reach out to them for my routine tune up. My appointment was rescheduled multiple times without any notice or courtesy call to let me know the technician wouldnt be arriving. I took time off work on several occasions only to find outafter calling them myselfthat the appointment had been pushed back again. **********, a customer service *** even suggested I find another provider. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere!

      They saved me during this horrible heat and stood behind the quote they had originally given me.Beyond that, the workmanship was seamless. They arrived when they said they would. I had recently had landscaping, the new unit looked like it had always been there and none of the landscaping was disturbed. Both inside and out the wiring, duct work and installation was done precise, neat and with great care.I am very much a fan of their services.Thank You New Spirit!

      Good morning, ******. I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling this way. Firstly, I want to clarify that we didn't perform any work for you directly; our services were provided only to your mother, *****, for two installation's.Regarding the specifics:We are a havc dealer we do not make the materials, we simply get it straight from the suppliers (manufacture). Your mother was no longer covered under any labor warranty (which was communicated to both of you during the initial phone call) when she encountered an issue with paying our fee of $150. We also communicated that if this was an installation issue on our end that we will take care of it for NO charge. Despite this, we waived the fee and sent a technician to assist. Unfortunately, no one was available to let him in upon arrival.******* installation took place on 7-21-2021, and a new boiler was installed for her in 09-2022. When the system required service in 11-2023, she settled the invoice as it was no longer under warranty. Your involvement began when you contacted our office multiple times, displaying aggression and making discriminatory remarks about our team's language capabilities. The comment about non-English speaking arose from the owner's accent, Our company embraces diversity, and while our team members have varying backgrounds, everyone you spoke to is fluent in English. ***** initially engaged with us as a client of ******.
