    I was extremely dissappointed in their incompetence and lack of professionalism during an extremely stressful time. My home was damaged from a tornado that touched down during Hurricane Ida. Their incompetence resulted in us only collecting a small percentage of the damages my property incurred. It took weeks for them to return calls or follow up with emails we had sent questioning our claim. They were supposed to be our advocate; and because our insurance company had them on record as our Adjuster they would not answer questions either. It has been an absolute nightmare. Once we òfficially fired them as our advocate (a process with the insurance company) we finally found out that Action Adjustors completely dropped the ball and failed to file a large portion of our claim. We trusted they would help us through this difficult time, and they did us a huge disservice.
