    I purchased a newborn photography package from them after I gave birth to my son in ****. I paid for photo package and the session came with a second session from your home. Its been two years and they have been dodging me. I asked for Christmas photos and was told they dont have enough photographers. Asked for my sons first birthday, they told me that they were too busy. I just asked again because Im having another baby if they could transfer the package since they have not fulfilled their obligation and they responded today with we are no longer in that market when their entire website is about photography, If you read their ****** reviews seems like theyve scammed a bunch of people besides myself.

    The client purchased an All Digital Package from the Photographer.  This package offers a complimentary In home sitting within a year of the date of the photo session in the hospital.

    This is a free sitting and has no monetary value.     She received her sitting and digital photos that she paid for.

    I am rejecting this response because: it's false advertising. I would have never purchased this package if I was told that these pictures were not a guarantee. You're lying to all your clients. And on top of it, when you emailed me back, you said that "you're no long in that business anymore". What you're doing is wrong.

    First and foremost this is not false advertising at all.   It clearly states in all our advertising that this is a complimentary sitting.  However,  it seems that ***** feels very strongly 

    that she had been misinformed by the photographer that it was part of the package.  We are not interested in ill feelings or other.   We are willing to send her a check in the amount

    of $199.95 plus tax to close this case out.   Please have her send the address in which the check should be sent to and we will immediately disperse it to her.
