    We signed an agreement with Alpine Sign & Lighting on March 6, 2024. The cost for the sign was $12,000 and we paid $9,000 up front as a deposit. We ordered a Single Sided 4X8, 8MM ************************ with topper illuminated with LED's. We started reaching out in June by phone to find out status of the sign and when we would be receiving it. Phone calls were unanswered and unreturned so we wrote a letter on July 10th requesting the job to be done by July 15th or we would like our money back. After the letter we received return emails stating the order was delayed and shipping was taking longer than they expected but would be ready for delivery on July 18th. After a couple more weeks we reached out through email again and didn't receive a response for two more weeks. This continues to drag on and on while they continue to tell us each time it'll be there in a couple weeks. We have been very patient and understanding but their business practices have been nefarious and shady.

    A complaint such as this shows the true character of in this case waters edge church   the electronic reader boards were ordered immediately from our supplier in **********; they are currently in transit  they will be tested and installed immediately upon arrival to our shop and payment completed in full by the customer   the church was fully aware of this from day one

    I am rejecting this response because: with all due respect this gentleman seems to be a compulsive liar. I'm not sure whether it's old age or negligence but there has been a pattern. We have been in contact with another church who is dealing with the same problem so we know for a fact he's been lying to both of us after exchanging notes. Anyone who would lie directly to a Pastor's face is probably not the best judge of character.

    Alpine has now said they will be out tomorrow to install the sign. I'm hopeful that it happens. Thank you
