      My son had a ski accident and we used ****** ambulance to transport him to the hospital. Quick Med Claims does billing for ******** Ambulance. We paid $1,130.29 bill in April, and then our insurance company (*****) also paid it in June. Quick Med Claims has to repay us per Run Number (acct#) ******** (***************************** is a patient and my son). We called Topton and Quick Med Claims to get a refund and they are being evasive to pay. They say they will refund in 30 days, then they said 60 and now 90 days. We called them several times: June 28, then July 26 (*********), then July 28 (***** - she was 7/28 rude!). They promised to resolve, for a supervisor to call us back, and they never have and never do. We also called ******* Ambulance at ************ and talked to **** (supervisor) and he said it is not OK and he would call us back (but still did not). Why? This is our money that we need and they are just not paying us what is rightfully ours. This is a scam and terrible practice. Please help us to resolve this fairly as this is a TERRIBLE, rude and misleading company with horrible customer service. Thank you.
