    Dear BBB service:I am contacting you to get some assistance from you regarding that issue I have with Fairview fire and rescue company after I had service from them in June 2022 RUN NUMBER 22-91524.My insurance should had to pay for that service, however , they kept send me bills after bills, at the end I did paid the amount they are requesting $240.00 on Jan.19, 2023. Few days later my insurance informed me that they approved my claim , and they paid that company .I called the number above and they told me they will send me a refund check of the amount of $240.00 so I said thank you , waited few weeks still didn't get anything , so I called again , same answer will issue the refund check for you ..... but no check ever came to me , and still waiting and every time I call , I will get the same answer. on my upload paper you see how many time I called them and same excuse.Thank you for your help *******

    We have confirmed with Fairview Fire and Rescue, that check #**** was sent out to *************************** on 1/22/24 for the amount of $240.00 and has already cleared Fairviews bank.
