    Booked through Priceline when my father was in the hospital in early November. Everything was paid through Priceline but I had to give a credit card since they put a $100 hold for incidentals.We stayed two nights, it wasn't great. The TV remote had tape holding it together (see pic) and the toilet's chain was broken/ ***** so we had to keep moving it onto the flusher to use the toilet (see pic).We were told the $100 would take about a week to be refunded. With the holidays and my father's medical problems, I hadn't checked again until now. I called Priceline to see if there was anything that could be done, but they said the hotel made a notation of ripped bedding being the reason we weren't refunded. GLAD I TOOK PICTURES BEFORE WE LEFT! See all other attached images which were taken as we were loading the car the night we left.Shameful ploy to take additional money unjustly.

     Thank you for notifying our office of the concern filed by ********* ****** at the Super 8 property in ********, PA.

     To assist in reaching a resolution, Ive informed the propertys general manager of the situation. The general manager will contact the guest on or before January 26, 2025. As a company, were committed to delivering a great experience with every stay with us.

    THERE WERE NO ATTACHED PHOTOS SENT IN THROUGH THE BBB PLEASE SEND PHOTOS AS WELL. 

     If for some reason this concern is not resolved, please contact me directly at ********************* and I will personally help address the guest's needs.
